What are the storage access hours?
Access your storage unit 6 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.
What are the office hours?
The office is open Tuesday - Friday between 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Am I required to store long-term?
At Kings Gate Storage, we never require our tenants to store long-term. We lease on a month-to-month basis.
How do I make my monthly payments?
You can make monthly payments online, over the phone ($5 fee), in person or use our 24-hour onsite kiosk. We accept cash, credit, debit, money order or check.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is also being monitored using our 24-hour video DVR monitoring system. We have gated entryways that require tenants to enter a personal code into the keypad.
Do you offer truck rentals?
We are a certified U-Haul dealer and we also offer other essential accessories such as dollies and blankets. Contact us if you need assistance with reservations and rentals.
Do you offer temperature controlled storage units?
We offer temperature controlled units that are built to protect your items from several damaging elements such as dirt, debris, pests, rust, corrosion, and other damage from intense temperatures.
What locks do you use on the units?
Every unit door is protected with a Bezel Cylinder Lock. These are the modern and state-of-the-art locks that make acess cwithout the key extremely difficult.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, flammable or hazardous items, living plants or animals, stolen goods, illegal items, weapons, firearms, and combustible items.
How do I reserve a storage unit?
Reserve a unit here on our website, over the phone or in person. You can also stop by the office to use our on-site rental/pay kiosk.
Can I purchase boxes and other supplies?
Our office sells moving supplies including: boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and moving assist devices. Our gift shop sells Voluspa Candles, Wax melters and McCall's Candles wax melts.
